Got to be one of the best Mexican restaurants around. Great cocktails and tequila options, fantastic service but above all else the food is amazing. Best pork nachos I've had... ever.

Used to come here when it was Montezumas, now it's still the same with a different name. The food is still simple, but healthy & tasty with a good spice hit & plenty of chilli for the asking. They do good sangria & also have wine & the service is great

We came here on a whim after walking past and seeing it full. We now understand why. The food was amazing and definitely the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. The service was also incredible with the staff being very kind and attentive. I recommend getting one of the extra special tequila shots.

After a typical pre-weekend drive up from Brisbane we found our accommodation and then headed out for dinner.Pablo's Tex Mex was AMAZING. If you're looking for authentic Mexican food, a great menu selection, margaritas and good service. Go Local in Caloundra at Pablo's.Our meatballs, enchilada, taquitos and chile con carne were really great.Thanks guys.

Food is authentic and delicious. Spicy margs are actually SPICY and so many flavour combos to choose from. Hands down BEST Mexican and spicy margs on the coast!!

Had the best time at Pablo’s. The food was so tasty, the staff were lovely and attentive. It was clear every patron was having a great night. Would love to visit again

I celebrated my anniversary here with my partner. We both love Mexican food, but this was by far the best food, service and atmosphere we have ever had.It was just going to be a quick in and out meal but the staff were so lovely we spent most of our time there. I highly recommend for anyone
